Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Support the recording and classification of accounting entries (income, expenses, and journal).
- Enter and organize financial information in the accounting system
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
- Review and organize tax receipts and electronic invoices (XML and PDF).
- Support in compiling accounting files and audit documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and preliminary financial statements.
- Review employee expense reports and reimbursements (verifying CFDIs and compliance with company policies).
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Provide administrative support for the accounting department (filing, documentation control, month-end close activities).
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum 5th semester).
- Basic knowledge of general accounting and electronic invoicing.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Preferably familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
- Availability to work part-time.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (able to read and communicate in a business environment).
Salary: As an Accounting Intern the salary is $ 8,300 monthly
